Pastor Jay to CL's Leaders at 25 Years

As North Way approaches its 25th anniversary, Pastor Jay reaffirms the church's core values of purpose, worship, community, and faith. To reach new populations, the church plans to introduce multiple venues, such as a Thursday night service for young adults, and a multi-site model starting with a campus in Oakland. This vision aims to move the congregation from a single funnel approach to an army of believers reaching out into the city through acts of service and local campuses.
